  • Robinson takes reins at AETC

    Lt. Gen. Brian Robinson took the reins of Air Education and Training Command from Lt. Gen. Brad Webb during a change of command ceremony May 20. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr. presided over the ceremony.

  • AETC continues to develop Airmen, celebrates 80th anniversary

    Members of the Air Education and Training Command will celebrate the command’s 80th anniversary throughout 2022. Events planned will honor the Air Force’s oldest major command and all the students and trainees who have been recruited, trained and educated at First Command.

    The “Accelerating Change Across the Air Force,” panel focused on how the Air Force is executing Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr.’s action orders to challenge the status quo and make necessary changes in the Air Force today, so that it is are ready for tomorrow.

    Members of Air Education and Training Command gathered as the guidon was passed from Lt. Gen. Darryl Roberson to Lt. Gen. Steven Kwast, signifying the formal transfer of authority and responsibility from one commander to another in a ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Nov. 16, 2017.
