Default Air Force Logo Alcohol consumption slow road to nowhere
The long warm days of summer invite celebration, recreation and relaxation as residents hurry to cram in all their outdoor activities before the cold, dark winter arrives and drives everyone back inside. One familiar attendee to outdoor social gatherings is alcohol. While many choose not to partake in the summertime ritual of downing a few cool brewskis or chugging a couple shots, many others will make it a part of their lives this summer. Aside from those pesky hangovers, how much alcohol consumption is too much?

"I've always had a committed faith and a love for God, but never really thought of becoming a priest until I was enlisted in the Air Force," said Chaplain (Maj.) Chad Zielinski. The Michigan native, who currently serves as the 354th Fighter Wing deputy wing chaplain, was ordained bishop of the Fairbanks Catholic diocese in a ceremony Dec. 15. This requires a dedication to an area the size of Texas, much of which isn't accessible by road.
