Two Airmen died Oct. 11 when a British Puma Mk2 helicopter crashed in Kabul, Afghanistan, while supporting Operation Freedom's Sentinel. The Airmen were Maj. Phyllis Pelky and Master Sgt. Gregory T. Kuhse.
