Default Air Force Logo Airmen missing from WWII accounted for
The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced Feb. 23, that the remains of U.S. servicemen, missing in action from World War II, have been accounted for and are being returned to their families for burial with full military honors.

Nearly 50,000 volunteers came together to place remembrance wreaths on the headstones of about 230,000 veterans during the 23rd Annual National Wreaths Across America Day Dec. 13, at Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia.
