In late March, the Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James dusted off her desert boots after her first troop visit to Europe and Afghanistan. Airman 1st Class Xing Zheng traveled more than 7,964 miles from his hometown of Fuzhou, China, to be an American citizen.
