ALAN K. HOLT

Alan K. "Keith" Holt, a Defense Intelligence Senior Level executive, is the Deputy Director/Technical Advisor, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Arlington, Virginia. He is the HAF technical authority for a complex network of ISR collection capabilities as well as the processing, exploitation and dissemination of information to key decision makers within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. He directs the development of the Future Years Defense Program and defends the requirement for over $60 billion in funding that enables the efforts of 64,000 personnel. Additionally, Mr. Holt provides day-to-day oversight of an annual budget that exceeds $14 billion and oversees policy for the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System.

Mr. Holt began his career with the Air Force in 1983 when he was commissioned a second lieutenant through the Air Force ROTC program at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. During his career, Mr. Holt has held progressively more responsible positions in the ISR enterprise as well as budget formulation, program integration and resource management positions at multiple wings and with an U.S. Army led Joint Task Force. In addition to ISR, he has worked in Financial Management, Services and Civil Engineering.
