The upcoming 20OT03 Officer Training School selection board scheduled for September 14-18 has been canceled.

The board, which focused on the following career fields: 13S - Space Operations; 15W - Weather, 32EXA - Architect/Architectural Engineer; 32EXC - Civil Engineer; 32EXE - Electrical Engineer; 32EXG - General Engineer and 62EXE - Electrical/Electronic Engineer. Currently, a specialty board for these Air Force Specialty Codes has not been rescheduled at this time, but those interested in are encouraged to continue to look for future boards.

“The 20OT03 Board was canceled due to recent changes in the Total Force Accessions Program Guidance Letter,” said Senior Master Sgt. Aaron Akridge, AFRS officer accessions superintendent. “The updated guidance letter reduced and/or eliminated the need for 5 of the 7 AFSCs that were identified for this board. The only AFSC’s that weren’t affected are 62EXE (Developmental Engineer) and 13S (Space Operations). For the 62EXE, we have implemented a monthly critical accession degree board and are encouraging candidates to apply to the CAD board upon completion of the application.”

The deadline for applications to the Space Force’s 13S career in the 21USSF01 Board is Sept. 25. All other applicants are encouraged to apply to either of the Rated or Non-Rated Boards throughout fiscal year 2021.
