BRIGADIER GENERAL EVAN M. MILLER Brigadier General Evan M. Miller is the Director for Logistics, Engineering and Security Cooperation, Headquarters, U.S. Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. He is responsible for the planning, coordination, and integration of strategic Logistics, Engineering and Security Cooperation in support of U.S. National Defense Strategy in order to build U.S. and partner capacities to accomplish the USPACOM mission across the Asia-Pacific theater. General Miller was commissioned from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1988. His experience encompasses key command and staff positions across the maintenance discipline including both support operations and acquisition logistics for the F-22 Raptor and flight line sortie generation and support for B-1, KC-135, and C-130 aircraft. He served as the Air Force's Director of Propulsion, with responsibility for policy, direct management oversight and budget for all major gas turbine engines in the Air Force inventory. He has also commanded worldwide logistics support of major weapons systems such as the C/KC-135, E-3, B-1B, B-52, B-2, C-5, C-17, C-130, and F-15 aircraft across the Air Force. Other key assignments include F-22 program management and logistics programming and budget responsibility at Air Force Headquarters in Washington, D.C., as well as interagency staff experience while on the Joint Staff. His broad logistics background includes multiple senior leadership positions at two of the Air Force’s largest Air Logistics Centers. He also led the Air Force's implementation of the Repair Network Integration initiative for engines. General Miller has commanded at flight, squadron, group, and wing levels, including service as Commander of the 402nd Maintenance Wing at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia; Commander of the 76th Propulsion Maintenance Group at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma; Vice Commander of the 76th Maintenance Wing, Vice Commander of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma; and Vice Superintendent, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado. His last assignment was the Director of Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
