Today’s Air Force: Vice President addresses Academy graduates, Airmen workout to honor fallen service member

FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (AFNS) -- Air Force Television News released a new edition of Today's Air Force on June 6.

On this edition, Vice President Joe Biden addresses the graduates at the U.S Air Force Academy, suggesting that Airmen play a leadership role in making the world a better place in the face of globalization.

Later, a 355th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron weapons Airman from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, is on his way to trading his stripes for Academy brass.

Finally, Airmen from Osan Air Base, South Korea, participate in a special exercise routine to honor the memory a fallen service member.

This 30-minute, bi-weekly news show can be seen each day on The Pentagon Channel and American Forces Television Service stations around the world. The show also airs on more than 140 public cable-access stations within the United States.
