Personal Profile:

TSgt Robistow joined the Air Force on 12 November 1997. After basic training, he went to technical school at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, Texas for Utilities Systems. His first duty station was Shaw AFB, South Carolina. He PCS’d to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska in 2001 where he deployed to several places including Iraq in 2003. He then moved to the 820th RED HORSE Squadron in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2004 and deployed twice to Iraq in 2005 and 2007. In Iraq, he was a gunner and a combat medic on convoy logistics patrols. He also did four humanitarian missions to Guyana, Peru, Nicaragua, and Panama where they built clinics, schools, and water wells for indigent communities. In 2008, he moved to Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota where he is stationed now. He deployed for the fourth time to Iraq in 2009 where he was stationed with the Navy Seals doing construction. He met his wife, Jennifer, in 2010 and was married to her on 28 July 2012. They have two children, Lily and Nicholas, and two dogs, Tiny and Hobie.
