OC-135 crews assist from 15,000 feet

Navy Lt. Bethany Baker monitors the location of the OC-135B Open Skies aircraft over Haiti using the Global Positioning System on a laptop Jan. 16, 2010. Normally used to observe military activities for the Open Skies Treaty, the OC-135B crew flew a observation mission over Haiti in support of the relief efforts after the country was rocked by a 7.0-earthquake.
