RAIDR 21 memorial

Ursula Martin, wife of Col. George Martin, and their son Guahan Martin lay a wreath at the base of the RAIDR 21 Monument at the Governor's Complex at Adelup Point in Hagatna, Guam, July 20. They placed the wreath in remembrance of the husband and father they lost July 21, 2008, when a B-52 Stratofortress -- call sign RAIDR 21 -- crashed off the coast of Guam during a mission. Colonel Martin was one of six crewmembers who perished. More than 300 family, friends and guests attended the ceremony and monument unveiling. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Nichelle Anderson)
