Adaptive sports are biggest moving part of the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program Warrior CARE Events. They are dynamic and fast-moving, giving each warrior an opportunity to see what they can do. Wounded warriors often come to the events with a prescribed lists of things they cannot do and the coaching staff work hard to move around those mental barriers to increase their restorative care for long-term success in their overall recovery.
