379th EAES train on NPC-L

Staff Sgt. Brian Stuart, 379th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron technician, checks his personal protective equipment before training on the Negative Pressurized Conex- Lite at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Aug. 6, 2020. The 379th EAES is among the first units to train on using the container. The NPC-L was built in 12 days and is the successor to the NPC that was created earlier in the year in response to COVID-19. The NPC-L was created to safely isolate patients during aerial transportation on a C-130 Hercules to help protect aircrews and preserve the aircraft.
