Texas Air National Guardsmen work to unload pallets of water from a C-130H Hercules Feb. 19, 2021, at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas. Texas Army and Air National Guardsmen orchestrated the delivery of more than 40,000 cases of water, while working in tandem with multiple government agencies, first responders, county officials, and volunteers in order to deliver aid to Texans in need after Winter Storm Uri.
