BRIGADIER GENERAL NEIL A. ROHAN Brig. Gen. Neil A. Rohan is Director of Plans and Programs, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. He is responsible for developing strategic plans and programs supporting the command's units. He also manages the programming of major equipment requirements and new mission development. General Rohan received his commission through the ROTC program at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. He entered pilot training at Moody AFB, Ga., in 1974 and has since logged more than 5,100 hours as a command pilot. He has served as instructor pilot, aircraft commander and air operations officer, and he has commanded at the group and wing levels. General Rohan is an Air Reserve Technician, which is a full-time, federal civil service employee serving in a selected position within a military unit. He was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in 2006.
