BRIGADIER GENERAL JOHN C. FOBIAN Brig. Gen. John C. Fobian is Deputy Director for Joint Matters, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. General Fobian entered the Air Force in 1974 after receiving his commission through Utah State University's ROTC program. He entered the Air Force Reserve in 1991 after 14 years active duty in a variety of assignments. In the Reserve, he has seen duty as an instructor pilot, flight examiner and operations officer, as well as squadron, group and wing commander. General Fobian is a command pilot with more than 4,500 hours on airlift, airborne warning and control, and air refueling missions.
