BRIGADIER GENERAL CRAIG S. FERGUSON

Brig. Gen. Craig S. Ferguson is the Assistant Vice Commander, Headquarters 4th Air Force, March Air Reserve Base, Calif. Fourth Air Force has command supervision of Air Force Reserve airlift and air refueling resources located throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. He assists the commander to ensure the combat readiness of 12 flying wings and two regional support groups with more than 24,000 assigned personnel. 

General Ferguson was commissioned through Officer Training School and served on active duty from 1970 to 1975 and joined the Reserve in 1976. He became an Air Reserve Technician in January 1982. He has commanded an operations group and two fighter wings. The general is a command pilot with more than 5,000 hours in the F-4, F-105, F-16 and A-10.
