BRIGADIER GENERAL ROBERT C. STUMPF

Brig. Gen. Robert C. Stumpf is the mobilization assistant to the Director of Requirements, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for assisting in the development and provision of policy, processes, tools and resources to the program management community. There are nearly 100 different programs comprising system program offices, product groups, and material groups that support the U.S. Air Force, as well as more than 83 friendly foreign air forces under the military sales program. 

General Stumpf entered the Air Force in 1966 as a graduate of Officer Training School. He has served in a broad range of acquisition related positions including contract placement, contract management, operational contracting, logistics and a member of an inspector general team.

In his civilian capacity, he is a management consultant for a communications corporation.
