Marvin N. Potts, Senior Scientist for Electromagnetic Spectrum Warfare, Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As a member of the scientific and professional cadre of senior executives, Mr. Potts is driving the Department of the Air Force EMS Warfare science and technology to ensure the Department of the Air Force is equipped and prepared to deter, fight, and win against all adversaries. Mr. Potts is recognized as an Air Force Research Laboratory Fellow for Technology Development and Transition, a distinction that reflects his outstanding contributions to the development and transition of advanced technologies.
He has transitioned multiple advanced technologies across the Air Force, Army, Navy, and international allies, and has initiated the formation of revolutionary new Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations capability developments in Cognitive Electronic Warfare and Electromagnetic Battle Management. Mr. Potts has served as a technical consultant for the Department of the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, U.S. Defense Science Board and Office of the Secretary of Defense. His exceptional leadership and technical expertise have earned him numerous honors, including induction into the Association of Old Crows Technology Hall of Fame. His contributions to the development and transition of EMS warfare systems and techniques continue to have a significant impact on the nation's defense capabilities.
