BRIGADIER GENERAL LEE ANN T. BENNETT

Brig. Gen. Lee Ann T. Bennett is the mobilization assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Arlington, Virginia. She is responsible to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force and the Deputy Chief of Staff, ISR and CEO for policy formulation, planning, evaluation, oversight and leadership of Air Force intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and cyber effects operations capabilities. She supports a 73,000-person intelligence and cyber operations enterprise with a portfolio valued at $72 billion across the Air Force. She also provides guidance and counsel to the Deputy Chief of Staff, ISR and CEO on Reserve issues.

Brig. Gen. Bennett graduated from Siena College in 1988 with a degree in mathematics. She earned her commission through the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Reserve Officer Training Corps Program in 1988, where she was a distinguished graduate. She served on active duty from February 1989 until September 1995. In September 1996, then-Captain Bennett joined the Air Force Reserve. She has served as an individual mobilization augmentee and a traditional reservist at numerous Air Force and joint organizations. Prior to her current assignment, General Bennett was the mobilization assistant to the Director of Intelligence, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.
