A history of the Missouri Air National Guard's 131st Bomb Wing, marking 100 years of federal recognition and the legacy of aviation and innovation excellence inherited by its Airmen today. Beginning with a donated plane and an office above a gas station in St. Louis, to Capt. Charles Lindberg's historic trans-Atlantic flight, to operating the world's most advanced stealth bomber, the B-2 Spirit, the men and women of the 131st are proud to defend our state and nation whenever called to serve.
