This edition features stories on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam reaching full operational capability on Oct. 1, and celebrating the milestone with a ceremony, USS Doyle departing Naval Station Mayport to conduct anti-drug operations in the U.S. Southern Command’s (USSOUTHCOM) area of responsibility (AOR), the Navy’s newest Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) school in New Hampshire being named in honor of retired Rear Adm.
