1st Infantry Division Hail and Farewell

The 1st Infantry Division said farewell to Mr. John Armbrust, civilian Executive Director of the (Kansas) Governor's Military Council, after serving 12 years in that post, and to the Division Chief of Staff, Colonel Peter Minalga. The ceremony also welcomed three new members to the Division Command Group, Brig. General William Turner, Deputy Commanding General, Colonel Scott Efflandt, Deputy Commanding Officer, and Colonel Charles Masaracchia, the incoming Chief of Staff. The ceremony was held on 21 July 2016 at 1st Infantry Division Headquarters. Primary remarks were offered by the Commanding General, Major General Wayne Grigsby Jr.
