Daniel Hibner, commander, Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, discusses unified recovery efforts at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU) with assistance from Fort Bragg, N.C.'s 27th Engineer Battalion (C)(A) and 161st Engineer Support Company following Hurricane Florence, Sept. 21.

MOTSU serves as a transfer point between rail, trucks and ships for the Army's weapons, explosives, ammunition and military equipment.
