RALEIGH, N.C. - Representatives of the North Carolina National Guard speak with high school students, family members, counselors and educators during the U.S. Senator Thom Tillis Service Academy Day at Joint Force Headquarters, Raleigh, N.C., Sept. 21, 2019.
