Col. Twanda E. Young, U.S. Army Reserve G-1, gives a message to Army Reserve HR professionals.
Effective 1 January 2018, the Reserve Component Management System (RCMS) electronic Soldier Record Brief (eSRB) produced ORB and ERB will replace the DA Form 2-1 for officers and enlisted Soldiers appearing before selection boards. The primary focus for HR professionals to conduct record updates should be the ORB/ERB for Soldiers within the FY18 Board Cycle.
