Members of the Minnesota Army and Air National Guard participate in the Vigilant Vortex Severe Weather Exercise on August 12th and 13th, 2014, Duluth, Minn. This state-level exercise is designed to test and evaluate the ability of the Minnesota National Guard and civilian organizations to respond to severe weather.
