The U.S. Army Reserve's 3d Human Resources Sustainment Center transferred authority of the Army theater human resources mission across the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility to the U.S. Army's 14th Human Resources Sustainment Center at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Aug. 11, 2019. The 3d Human Resources Sustainment Center returns to their home station of Jackson, Miss., and the 14th joins their colocated Ft.
