Core IT Infrastructure: NGEN-R Transition (SMIT, EUHW, Keystone) The Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) contract is being replaced by the NGEN-R Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) and End-User Hardware (EUHW) contracts. This brief will address the transition to the new NGEN-R contracts as well as network transformation.
