U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. John A. Chapman's name was unveiled on the special tactics wall of honor on Oct, 27, 2018 at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Chapman, a Special Tactics combat controller, was killed in action on March 4, 2002, and posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor on August 22, 2018, at a ceremony in Washington, D.C.
