316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) relief in place/transfer of authority ceremony, July 2012

The torch of responsibility was passed to the 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command (ESC) to continue the enduring mission of support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The outgoing 364th ESC is an Army Reserve unit from Marysville, Washington. They handed the mission in the Middle East to the 316th ESC, based in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. The transfer of authority was conducted at a ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Featuring: Maj. Gen. Kurt Stein, 1st TSC Commanding General Brig. Gen.
