Airmen are key to cutting unnecessary bureaucracy, recognizing and understanding our competition, and thinking of creative ways we can reshape the design of our Air Force. The Air Force must accelerate, must change, and must prepare for the future!

This page is dedicated towards highlighting the accomplishments of our talented Airmen at all levels and to show the impact they can make when they are informed and empowered to problem solve and make smart recommendations and decisions.

When disaster strikes will your family know what to do?

As members of the National Guard community it’s vital that we’re able to account for ourselves and families in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency.

The Air Force utilizes the Air Force Personnel Accountability and Assessment System to verify the safety of the Air Force Total Force, including all active duty, select reserve, civilian employees, Air Force contractors (outside the U.S.) and dependents.

AFPAAS maintains critical emergency contact information and provides the ability to request assistance if needed, or report safety when Total Force accountability is required, using smartphone technology.

It is mandatory that members access AFPAAS at least annually to verify that the contact information on file is accurate and current.

Additionally, family members need to be familiar with AFPAAS to make sure they know how to report their status in the event the member is not available to report on their behalf.

Verify your profile information and learn more by logging on to the AFPAAS website at https://afpaas.af.mil or by contacting the Air Force Personnel Readiness Cell at 1(800) 435-9941.
