Smart driving choices make a world of difference

Lt. Col. Sean DeWitt, Tech. Sgt. Gracey Martinez and Airman 1st Class Andrew Meyer update their unit's driving under the influence and major motor vehicle accident sign Sept. 28, 2009, to the 2,000th day since a DUI at Aviano Air Base, Italy. The commander had the two Airmen who've been assigned to the unit the longest, that being Sergeant Martinez, and the least, Airman Meyer, update the sign with him as some sort of passing of the torch in keeping safety at the forefront of everyone's mind in the unit. Colonel DeWitt is the 31st Operations Support Squadron commander. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Michael O'Connor)
