Airmen advise Djiboutian air traffic controllers
Tech. Sgt. Monique Whitaker works with Mahad Omar, a Djiboutian air traffic controller, on the upper level of the Djibouti Ambouli Tower where she and her Djiboutian counterparts help direct the arrival and departure of an average of 20 military sorties per day.
