SAVANNAH, Ga., (AFPN) -- Diane Hayes looks on as Beverly Kelly, a physical therapist, helps Kiera Hayes with physical and speech therapy here. The Hayes family was forced to evacuate Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., a day before hurricane Katrina hit the gulf coast.
