NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. (AFNS) -- Airmen and aircraft from around the world as well as their coalition counterparts descended on Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada for Exercise Red Flag 13-2 Jan. 21 through Feb. 1.

Red Flag exercises are designed to help U.S. and international airmen prepare for real-world combat scenarios.
