ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Master Sgt. Matt Roche watches as Staff Sgt. William Cenna ties a knot to ensure the proper ectraction procedures for high-angle rescue procedures in the snow. The Air Force Reserve Pararescuemen from the 920th Rescue Wing at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., train in a cold, mountain environment that is similiar to the weather and terrain of where they deploy.
