11/8/2011 --  Members of the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Critical Care Air Transport Team at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, participate in a humanitarian mission Oct. 29, 2011, to aid wounded Libyan fighters. The U.S. military transported more than 30 Libyan fighters to medical facilities in Europe and the U.S. State Department officials petitioned the Secretary of Defense for support from U.S. Africa Command to U.S. and international humanitarian relief efforts in Libya.
