Close-Air Support

Balocan
Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II pilots provided armed overwatch for friendly forces. The pilots conducted strafing runs and released precision-guided munitions over enemy targets to deter enemy activity. Ground controllers and joint terminal attack controllers declared the engagements successful.

Almar
Air Force F-16C Fighting Falcon pilots and an Air Force B-1B Lancer aircrew provided armed overwatch for friendly forces. The Airmen conducted shows of force with flares over enemy positions to deter enemy activity. Ground controllers and JTACs called the engagements successful.

Tirgari
Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle aircrews provided armed overwatch for friendly forces. The aircrews conducted a show of force which ground controllers and JTACs called successful.

Moqor
Coalition aircrews and an Air Force B-1B aircrew provided armed overwatch for friendly forces and conducted shows of force with flares over enemy positions to deter enemy activity. JTACs and ground controllers declared the engagements successful.

Tarin Kowt
A-10 and F-16C pilots provided armed overwatch for friendly forces. The F-16 pilots released precision-guided munitions and performed multiple strafing runs over enemy targets to deter enemy activity.
