Air Operations in Afghanistan Close-Air Support Chahar Bagh Air Force MQ-9A Reaper operators and Navy F/A-18F Super Hornet aircrews provided armed overwatch for friendly forces. The operators released a missile against an enemy target. The aircrews conducted a show of force with flares to deter enemy activity.
