'Today's Air Force' features a new vice chief, teamwork and diversity

This edition of Today's Air Force features a new vice chief of staff of the Air Force who comes to the job during a time of transition and change,  a lesson in teamwork that proves vital in helping Airmen accomplish their mission, and the celebration of cultural diversity around the world.

General Carrol H. "Howie" Chandler is the new v ice chief of staff of the Air Force.  As the service's second-in-command, he'll help guide the Air Force through some major changes.

Teamwork is a vital component of just about every mission in the Air Force. From dozens of Airmen launching jets to an unmanned aircraft pilot communicating with commanders thousands of miles away, teamwork keeps things running smoothly.

The modern Air Force owes much of its strength to the diversity of its people. Airmen all over the globe recognize and celebrate that diversity in a variety of ways.
