'Today's Air Force' features standup of new command

In this edition of "Today's Air Force," the stand up the service's first new major command in nearly three decades is highlighted.

Air Force leaders demonstrated their commitment to reinvigorating the nuclear enterprise with the activation of the Air Force Global Strike Command. Find out what the new major command represents and what impact it will have on Air Force operations.

The Air Force's joint terminal attack controllers are responsible for backing up ground units and calling in close-air support. This segment will show you how these Airmen with vital warfighting skills are preparing for the dangers they'll face downrange.
