Air Staff Force Management Policy Division officials seek officer volunteers, in addition to those who have received e-mail invitations, to complete two recently launched Air Force Officer Occupational Requirements surveys.

One survey focuses on the identification of broad officer requirements while the other focuses on Air Force officer technical skills.

Results of the two Air Force-wide officer surveys will be used to revise the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test, which is now administered to all accession sources. Updating the AFOQT will support the selection of future officers and also provide the capability to classify officers into high-tech career fields such as cyber, space, intelligence and meteorology, officials said.

Volunteers to complete the broad officership survey can visit WWW.MTISURV.COM/AFOS/AFOFF.PDF for directions.

Volunteers to complete the officer technical skills survey can visit WWW.MTISURV.COM/AFOSTRS/AFTEC.PDF for directions.

The surveys will be available until July 15.
