LA TOC, St. Lucia --  Members of the Royal St. Lucia Police Force's Special Service Unit practice swift-water rescue procedures June 5 that were taught by U.S. Air Force pararescuemen during Operation Southern Partner in La Toc, St. Lucia. Operation Southern Partner is a long-term commitment between U.S. and partner nations to share experiences, information, vital skills, tactics and techniques in preparation for future regional challenges that require cooperative solutions.
