Air Force flight surgeons train Iraqi counterparts
Col. William Dodson advises seven Iraqi air force and Iraqi army physicians during the aeromedical evacuation class at the flight surgeon course April 20 at New al-Muthana Air Base, Iraq. The training is teaching the Iraqis how to convert a UH-1 Huey and a C-130 Hercules from a passenger transport to an aeromedical evacuation medevac transport.
