U.S. troops help flood victims in Central America
Tech. Sgt. Tracy Fletcher carries a 7-month-old baby from a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter to an ambulance Nov. 27 at Changuinola, Panama. The baby, suffering from severe dehydration, was transported to a local hospital.
