SAN ANTONIO (AFPN) --  This week's Airman's Roll Call highlights an Air Force employment assistance program that provides spouses with to skills to seek employment in today's job market.

Spouse employment opportunities are increasingly crucial to the recruitment and retention of Airmen, as many families need two incomes to maintain their quality of life.
The Airman and Family Readiness Center has employment assistance services to meet the challenges spouses face in training for and finding suitable positions in their chosen career fields.
