Travel card services provider to change Published June 5, 2008 WASHINGTON (AFPN) -- Citibank will succeed Bank of America Nov. 30 as provider of Air Force government travel card services. Air Force members and civilian employees don't need to take any action other than ensuring their mailing address with Bank of America is correct.
