Air Force officials announce aviation resource management awards

Air Force officials announced the 2007 Outstanding Air Force Aviation Resource Management award winners.

The 2007 Aviation Resource Management award winners are:

-- Airman of the Year is Airman 1st Class Cheryl A. Roach of the 493rd Fighter Squadron at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, United Kingdom

-- NCO of the Year is Tech. Sgt. Amy L. Rohde of the 28th Operations Support Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D.

-- Senior NCO of the Year is Master Sgt. Sean T. McCarthy of the 86th Operations Support Squadron at Ramstein Air Base, Germany

-- Civilian Supervisor of the Year is Mr. William B. Burton of the 314th Operations Support Squadron at Little Rock AFB, Ark.

-- Civilian Journeyman/Technician of the Year is Mr. George S. Session of the 71st Operations Support Squadron at Vance AFB, Okla.

-- Headquarters Staff Member of the Year is Master Sgt. Mary C. Voss of Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command at Hurlburt Field, Fla.

-- Instructor of the Year is Senior Master Sgt. Philip M. Kreiser of the 334th Training Squadron at Keesler AFB, Miss.

-- Air Reserve Component NCO of the Year is Tech. Sgt. Molly D. Gee of the 927th Operations Support Flight at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich.

-- Air Reserve Component Senior NCO of the Year is Senior Master Sgt. Kathy S. Dollar of the 76th Air Refueling Squadron at McGuire AFB, N.J.

-- Air Reserve Component Civilian Journeyman/Technician of the Year is Ms. Annunziata P. McGhee of the 97th Airlift Squadron at McChord AFB, Wash.

-- Sergeant Dee Campbell Aviation Resource Management Team of the Year in the Large Unit Category is the 56th Fighter Wing at Luke AFB, Ariz., and the Small Unit Category winner is the 352nd Special Operations Group at RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom.

Individual military award category winners are authorized to wear the Air Force Recognition Ribbon and civilian winners are authorized to wear the Air Force Recognition Lapel Button.
